* Employed three years in the accounting department of Datatron, Inc. - An Irvine based computer manufacturing firm.
* Accountant for Anaheim based L.M. Wurth and Co., CPAs for approximately two years.
* Passed the CPA exam to become certified in 1983.
* Vice President of Hatch Nepo and Vesely Accountancy Corporation for four years.
* Active member of the American Society of CPAs and the California Society of CPAs since 1983.
* Bi-annual peer reviews.
